Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

computer has lost all contact with printer - wired or wireless. Printer screen message "use original setup cartridges"

Swith printer on/off same message appears. Original cartridges  were used some time ago and replaced with new HP

cartridges. Please help.

Some opini from me

 

1. I thought that version catridge that you used not compatible with your printer

2. Your catridge not original

3. Your catridge get locked by people who used before

Thanks for your message. Tried everything including 3 hrs. this morning  on HP support.  problem still there.
