Printer will copy but won't print says out of paper

HP Recommended
Envy 7645
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Printer won't print, says out of paper, will copy no problem. Trying to print from my Droid Turbo using hp print app

Hey @Accuratearcher,

 

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I hope you enjoy your stay here.

 

I understand that you are seeing an error message when printing from your Android to your Envy 7645 e-All-In-One Printer. I can help you with that.

 

Here's how we will sort this out:

  1. Turn the printer and the Android off.
    While the devices are powered off remove the power cord from the back of your router for one minute.
  2. When the lights return on the router turn the printer and the Android on.

At this point you should be able to print. If you are still having issues then the next step would be to uninstall the HP ePrint app and then install it again.
