I understand that your Envy 5530 e-All-In-One Printer is not copying or scanning. I can help you with that.
To start, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once that is done while you have the error message on the screen, remove the power cable from the back of the printer for one minute and then try to copy again.
If the printer is still not able to able to copy after doing the above, the printer needs to be replaced. You can contact HP support by clicking on this link and filling out the form at the bottom to discuss options based on your warranty.
