Photosmart C4795
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer stop conneting to my network out of no where. But would still connect to my computer. Everytime I try to re-connect it to my network through installation I recieve the follow message. "Your wireless router requires a WPA security passphrase. The passphrase configured on your printer does not match exactly. Reconfigure your wireless network WPA security passphrase for your printer."

What could be going on? I am confused what could be the issue.

PC: Windows 10 Home (64bit)

Printer: HP Photosmart C4795

Home Wifi: Password/Passhrase  hasn't been changed

Easy stuff first.  Power off printer and router.  Power on router and wait 3 mins.  Power on printer and verify it connects to your router.  Status now?

Thank you! But I've tried that several times and still receive the same error message on both laptops I try to connect to.

Page 6 explains how to reconnect to your router.  You will need your Printer USB cable to connect and transfer the settings to your printer.

Thank you. I've followed the directions on page 6 and still receive the same error message.  What could be wrong?
