Printer won't print, copy or scan

My printer has all icons blinking on each side of a blue screen that has this code on it "C4EBA341"

Before this happened, I couldn't copy or scan to email or scan to anything, for that matter.  The printer won't turn off unless I unplug it.  It is connected to my computer with a USB connection.

If the solutions fail, the printer likely needs to be serviced.
