I am getting the same error as well. WILL NOT PRINT TEXT. It will however print if I change the file to a .img or .png. I've run the doctor, says everything is fine. I've done a clean boot several times. It doesn't work on any computer in the house, or even the tablet.

 

Printer: HP DJ 3630 Series

OS: WIndows 10 64 bit

 

 

I've uninstalled and re-installed the software multiple times. It works for 10 mins and then reverts back to not printing text. However it will print the text out for the info sheet for the printer
