Hi! @ClaudiaZ, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

I understand when you print from your printer the printer prints 10 pages with lines on the top.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?

Try clearing the print spooler on your PC and check if it helps.

Click Start.
Type Command.
Right-click “Command Prompt” and select “Run as administrator“.
Type net stop spooler then press “Enter“.
Type del %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers\* /Q then press “Enter“.
Type net start spooler then press “Enter“.
The print queue on your Windows should now be cleared. Type exit, then press “Enter” to exit the command window.

If the issue still persists try uninstalling the printer drivers from your PC and update the printer drivers.

1. Navigate to Start >Type Devices and Printers in the Search > Select it from the results

2. Highlight your printer object and Right Click

3. Choose Remove Device

4. Highlight something else from the list

5. Click the Print Server Properties button from the toolbar

6. Select the Drivers Tab

7. Highlight the appropriate print driver

8. Click Remove

9. Check the Remove Driver and Driver Package option when prompted

10. Click OK

Please find the link to update the printer drivers.

Let me know if this helps!

Have a great day ahead! 🙂
