Printhead issue

HP Recommended
Officejet Pro C310 printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printhead stays on the left side instead of going to the right, then I get "clear paper jam"  and it pulls the paper part way the stops and the printhead sounds like it is moving side to side, but will not stay in starting position.
