Trying to make a booklet 2 pages per sheet that is the same Font size as  In WORD - when I print, it comes out much

smaller than Font size 14.

If you are printing in booklet form with two pages per sheet the pages will be shrunk to about 2/3 of their normal size.  If you want the actual print to be 14 point in booklet form you would want it to be about 21 point in Word.
