Printing half fold greeting card envelopes

Hi @roswellalien,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I see that you are trying to print half fold greeting card envelopes with your HP 6520 printer. I am happy to help!

For further assistance, I will need the following information:

  • The Product/Model Number of your printer. Follow instructions in this link. Finding Your HP Product Model Number.
  • If the printer is connected, Wireless, or USB.
  • The size/type/weight of envelopes you are trying to print on.

In the meantime, please see this guide, 'Paper Mismatch,' or 'Paper Size Mismatch' Error Message Displays When Printing.

Hope this guide helps, and hope to hear from you soon! Smiley Happy

Printing half fold greeting card envelopes

I have been frustrated for several years trying to print half fold greeting card envelopes with my HP Photosmart 6520 Printer. Even HP "experts" were unable to solve my porblem and offer a solution. I then discovered that selecting a C5 envelope in printer preferences solved my problem. You can uses the options menu to adjust the delivery address and return address fields somewhat if necessary.  I now have no problem printing greeting card envelopes.
