Printing jpeg images

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When printing to this printer, it will cut off the right and bottom edges of the image.  If I print to a different printer, it works fine.  I am using Word in Office Professional Plus 2010.  Even if I put the image by itself on a blank sheet of paper, it still cuts off the right and bottom edges.

Hi @PTinTexas,

I see from the post that you are having issues printing on your HP OfficeJet 8625 printer. Don't worry as I have a few steps to help you get through this concern,

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Are you able to make a copy from the printer?

Could you check the print preview before printing and check how it looks before printing?

Did you select the correct paper size and type from the print settings in Windows?

Click on Start>> Devices and Printers.

Right-click on your printer and select "Printing preferences."

In the printing preferences window, select the paper type/quality tab and choose the appropriate paper size, etc.

Later, click on the Effects tab, please check the resizing options and try to print with "Actual Size" and Print Document on (choose your paper size which is in the printer.).

Click on Apply and OK.

Also, please check the print settings in Microsoft Word before printing. I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Let me know.

For more details, please follow the steps suggested in the support document, please follow this link.

I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes for further assistance.

Keep me posted,

If the information I've provided was helpful,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.
