Printing photo quality as ink dries

HP Recommended
OfficeJet Pro 8625
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print a photo on 4x6 HP photo paper and when the picture prints, it dries very blurry.  Can anyone help me correct this

Update this product is actually the 8625

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I see by your post that after printing the picture, it looks blurry. I will certainly do my best to help you. If you haven't already, download and install the latest drivers:  OJ8620_198.exe
 
I have provided a document to check or change the paper type and quality settings from the print driver,  HP Officejet Pro 8610 Printers - Printing Photos (Windows). Let me know what settings that you have tried.

How is the printer connected?
