I recently replaced my anti-virus from paid Bitdefender to free Avira. Not sure if I was able to print after the change. I uninstalled Avira and also turned off firewall when trying to get printer to work by uninstalling driver and reinstalling didn't work. I'm not super knowledgeable about this stuff and I've gone through most of the troubleshooting tips from HP.
I'm one step closer to the asylum! Please help!
