HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was charged the additional pages fee because I went over by 1 page... I printed the pages in question on the beginning of my billing cycle, 1/18. The pages were applied to 1/17, the last day of the previous cycle. I know this is in error because my printer is always online and so is my computer. I also refresh my hp instant ink account using the refresh symbol after huge quantity printing. My account shows the cycles run from the 18th - 17th (since Dec 18, 2018).

My last day of actual printing for the Dec 18/Jan 17 cycle was 1/15. I refreshed the page count as soon as I was done printing for the day.

The next time I had performed any printing was a 3 page document on 1/18, my new cycle Jan 18- Feb 17

This month's emailed statement shows "Charges for billing cycle ending on: January 19, 2022"
