Good day, hopefully you can help!
I cannot use HP Solution Center in combination with my laptop anymore since installation of Win 10.
To solve this problem, you have to speed up to the highest gear, because same problem I encounter while running on Win 7 and that time, finally, specialists from India where involved to solve the problem.
Latest software from HP-site is installed, re-installed, deleted, re-installed....
With another desktop-computer this latest software in combination with Win 10 works correctly, but as I said, this my present laptop is special.
Can you, or your collegues give advice??

Can you try to download and save a copy of the software patch to your desktop to resolve the HP Printer Assistant problem:
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/sclitefileassociation/SCLiteFix_299026.exe

Thanks your message.
I downloaded the patch you gave me, to my desktop. By clicking this packed software, it unpack itselve in:
C:\Users\Bedrijf\AppData\Local\Temp\7zS77F2. After clicking the .exe file apparently nothing realy happens.
By clicking HP Solution Center, I still cannot scan. Unfortunately...
Hope your have more ideas.

Hi,
Can you try this:
HP Scan Extended
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi
Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"
