Problem with Scanning with HP 6520

HP Recommended

Suddenly unable to scan with HP 6520 even after using Scan Doctor. It scans but won't save the document - can't find it anywhere. It used to work fine.

I understand that the scanned documents from your HP Photosmart 6520 e-All-in-One Printer are not being saved on the computer.

 

This issue could occur if the firewall is blocking it.
