Problem with printhead on HP 6830

HP Recommended

 

Purchased Officejet 6830 in April 2016 warranty expired April 2017. Didn't use printer as much but now February 2019 received eror code "problem with printhead" if it is out of waranty so basically out of luck. Need to purchase a new printer. The printer is in good shape (again used very little) but after a little over 2 1/2 years (34 months) I have to replace it is not fair.  I urge anyone who listens and reads this to  purchase something else.  I will not purchase an HP printer again.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
