Buon pomeriggio a tutti. Ho un problema con la mia stampante C3100. All'accensione, parte in automatico la stampa di prova. Ovviamente la cartuccia mi dura pochissimo, o sono costretta a tenere la stampante perennemente accesa. Cosa fare? Grazie a chi risponderà.

Good afternoon everybody. I have a problem with my C3100 printer. When I turn on it, automatically it starts the beginning test copy. Obviously the cartridge lasts few days, or I'm forced to keep the printer permanently on. What could I do? Of I don't succeed in solving this problem, I will Be forced to buy another one.

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that your HP Photosmart C3180 printer prints test pages every time you turn it on. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

 

It seems to be printer is printing alignment page and trying to align every time when you turn on the printer.

Complete the alignment process.

  • Make sure the product is loaded with plain, white, letter or A4 sized paper that has no other printing on it.
  • Press the Power button () to turn off the product.
  • Wait for 30 seconds.
  • Press the Power button () to turn on the product.
  • The cartridge alignment process begins within 20 seconds.
  • Wait for the cartridge alignment process to fully complete. This might take a few minutes. The process completes when the alignment page prints and the product is idle and silent.
  • Turn off the product, and then turn the product back on.
