Please clarify what your requirements are for using the UPD version 6.3. Without more info I'd suggest getting an exception to stick to the 6.1 driver if that is what is working for you. Wait for the next release from HP and see if they resolve the problem. Thats what we do.
Or try a different UPD. Instead of PCL6 try PS or PCL5.
If you cannot wait for the next UPD release or use a different UPD language then you might want to call HP and start a case. User a printer that has remaining warranty when you call in. Perhaps there is a bug that needs to be brought to thier attention.
