It is quite simple really. From the first time brand new until now, we get error messages about the ink cartridges. It will say The following "cartridges are incorrectly installed". I then click on OK on the printer touch screen and the same statement comes back. If I simply release the cartridges and then push them back in place using the clip provided the printer  will usually proceed with it's print job. Some times it will require me to remove/ replace the cartridges three or more times before it will proceed to print. 

I have tried using a new cartridge I have forgotten what I have tried. I have had this printer since 22 December 2015. Appart from the strange cartridge problem this printer is very good.

 

Can anyone help me with this problem?
