I have done all that and more: updating the Network firmware, shutting down and restarting my modem, printer, computer etc. and reinstalling my HP printer driver. I have the HP office jet pro 8710. It worked fine until I get the new Time Warner Spectrum modem. It seemed to work for a while after I put in the new WifI password etc.  But it would soon lose the connection. My computer would say ..printer offline. the trouble shooter would say printer is turned off (when it was actually on). and my Ipad says ..printer not found..repeatedly.  

I called Time Warnwe Spectrum. They say it must be a printer problem since I can access the inter net on both my computer PC and my iPad.
