I see you checked three posts. If nothing worked can you answer the following questions please?

 

 

 

Whats your Windows  version?

 

Did you try shutting the printer off and rebooting the PC?

 

Whats your printer model?

 

Any error messages displayed?

 

Did you check the reliability monitor to look for HP critical errors?

 

 

Did you try any thing else?
