No maatter what I do I cannot turn off two sided printing.  Is this becasue I have a cheap HP6835?  If I go buy a more expensive printer willl it be easier to turn off two sided printing?  I am an HP fan so hate to change brands.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Can you try the following:

1. Go to Control Panel > View Devices and Printers > Right click on your printer (HP 6835) > Printer Properties

2. Under Installable options > Duplex Unit > Select "Not Installed"

That should turn off the two-sided printing.  Remember to turn that on if you want to use 2-sided printing!

Hope that helps!
