I'm having same problem.  It would have been nice if answer would have just been posted instead of messaging.  Can I get the message as well?

To factory reset press back arrow on printer 4 times and support menu comes up press ok.  There are several menus.  Proceed to the one with the factory reset.  Wireless capabilities came back.

Hi, I am having the same issue. I have tried pressing the back button as suggested but this did not help. 

Any other solutions out there?
