 HAD HP INSTANT INK MEMBERSHIP, SO COULD NOT USE THE INSTANT INK ANYMORE BUT PURCHASED NEW INK AND INSTALLED IT.  BUT PRINTER STILL WANT PRINT

If I understand this right, you need help in disconnecting from VPN or, perhaps, is it that the printer doesn't print anymore?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...)

Which Operating System are you using with your printer?

When was the last time it had been printing without these issues?

 

I'm afraid I will only be able to help you when I have information about the product you have.
