I inadvertently saved several copies of the same picture on the sprocket film roll.  How do I get rid of them?

Hello, @Hrdwlby - Hope you are well 🙂

Welcome to the HP Forum! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips!

I understand that you are looking to delete the photos on your HP Sprocket film roll. Ideally, you should be able to delete the files using the delete option in the app. Look for a dustbin icon or “More” option to find the delete option.

If the issue persists, then try to uninstall and reinstall the HP sprocket app and check.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!

Good luck 🙂

Hello @Hrdwlby -

If you access the 'Photos' app on your iPhone, you can delete the photos in the Sprocket album created there.  After opening the 'Photos' app, click on 'Albums', then scroll down under the 'My Albums' section and you should see a 'sprocket' category.  You can click into that category and proceed to delete the individual saved photos.

Please let us know if that helps!
