Request to replace unopen unused in warranty printer supply

HP Recommended
HP Officejet 4620
Microsoft Windows XP

Case # 302-400-9247

I recently purchased ink for my printer HP officejet 4620 to find out that I could not clean the  ink cartridge therefore HP sent me another printer (HP officejet 5740) but the printer I was sent use different ink cartridges. I was told I should write you to explain  that I used the the ink catridge for trouble shooting template format and that you could perhaps help me .

The ink cartridge I purchased was:

564 yellow      2017/07

564 blue          2017/09

564 magenta 2017/08

564XL black    2017/08

Thank you,

B Young

I purchased my Ink cartridge at Office Depot-Office Max

Hi @BY2,

Welcome to the HP Support forum.

I understand that you have some in warranty ink cartridges from an HP Officejet 4620 e-All-in-One Printer that was replaced by HP with an HP Officejet 5740 e-All-in-One Printer and you would like to have the 4620 cartridges replaced with 5740 cartridges. I will help the best I can.

I am going to send you a PM with the information you need. If you are unsure how to check your PMs click here.
