Reset LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw

Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I need assistance with factory reseting our LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw.

 

We attempted to access the web interface, but we're greeted with a login prompt. We had used it before, but now we're seeing a login prompt. We don't know the username, nor the password.

 

We tried to factory reset from the printer, but got a password prompt.

 

Is there another way to reset the printer?
