Returning unused HP ink

HP Recommended
HP 6700

 

I was told to email IBS Escalation Team and every time I email it comes back undeliverable. I purchased a new printer from HP and was told I could return my unused ink cartridges.  I need the correct email address to do this.  Thank you.

So I dont understand your reply I simple was told to email IBS escalation team to return unused ink.  Why is it so hard to get a email address to do what the salesman told me to do?
