Product: Officejet 6700

I bought ink on Feb 16th and without prinitng anything  in color since then my cyan and yellow levels are now below half and magenta is gone down too. Where did my ink go? Did HP send me bad ink or is my printer reading the levels wrong?

Hi, I  just wanna help to answer your question

 

1. make sure your brother not used your printer

2. your catridge is leak. check your catridge and see if the cartridge drips a lot of ink if yes then your catridge is leak.

3. yaa the printer reading the level wrong

 

I hope this can solved your problem
