Product: HP OFFICEJET ALL IN ONE 8620

Have been scanning multiple item pdfs to send to Receipt Bank - each document in the pdf could be treated as a single document on importing to Receipt Bank.

  

After a problem ith the printer had to reset and since cannot find the functionality to do this.  Can you help?  Can scan multiple items to pdf but they are treated as one document.

 

Slight urgency in getting this sorted.  Many thanks

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Can you try this software:

 

HP Scan Extended

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

 

Please watch this example on how to scan and save as individual files after you have installed HP Scan Extended:

 

Scan & save as individual PDF files
