I am able to print, but not able to scan. I have tried to set up the Scan to EMail as well as Scan to Network, but have not had success.
Hi,Thanks for using the HP Forums.Can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system (Win 10 64-bit): https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-color-laserjet-pro-mfp-m277-series/708...
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.Hope that helps.
