Good Day,

 

I have a problem with my HP Office Pro 6830. When i scan documents to PC are not clear

 

but my printing its ok.

I understand that you are facing scan quality issues while scanning from your HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One Printer.

 

This issue could occur if the scanner glass is not clean or the scan settings are not correct.

You may try to make a copy from the unit and check.
