Hi, i have the same problem. i plugged it directly into a regular outfit, and the pdf scan is terrible.  if i do a jpeg scan its better, but a pain to convert to pdf.

i am starting the scan directly from my printer.

Do you know what I can do to fix this?

thanks.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

  • When was the last time the printer was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
