Scan issues after update firmware on HP M5025/5035

Hello!

After the firmware upgrade on HP M5025/5035 from version 48.272.0 to 48.312.4, we are faced with the following problem: when scanning a document (more than 21 pages), in the resulting PDF file is correct, only the first 21 pages, the rest of the page blank.

If after we want to scan another document, we get the message "Job Cancel...".

We tried to reset to factory settings.

We tried to revert to the old firmware, but received an error "Upgrade aborted...".

Are there any solutions?

Hello customer,

Please try to check with Scan to Email more that 21 pages, and if possible try to create a new scan to folder in pc and check scanning with pdf and with other Formats as well.

Regards

HP
