Scan of Deskjet 2130 series ruin my days

HP Recommended
Deskjet 2135
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi all,

 

I need help as per subject above. The problem still persists after done many times to rectify connection on scan program. 

Mainly problem mentioned about driver error, connection problems, scanner communication could not established, etc... already removed the anti-virus as per advised by HP tech, but the problem still remain...
