Hi, we just got a new Scanjet 8500fn. Every other day or so, users are not able to scan. They sign in, press E-mail, and choose the email address without any problem. When they press the GREEN button to send, this message would come up:
“Options Conflict - Scanner is not available. Touch OK and wait for scanner.”
The only way to get around the problem is to reboot the Scanner but it takes 10-15 minutes to reboot. Has anyone seen this issue?
