Scanner, Printer, Copier not connecting

Product: Photosmart All in One B209a-m
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

I installed EAST SCAN 1.8.0 on my MacBook Pro with OS 12.4 and can't get my Photosmart Plus B209a-m to connect to my laptop.   Can I get help with this issue?
