Scanner won't work

My scanner on HP Officejet 7410 says it is not installed and won't work (Windows 7 64-bit). I tried reinstalling it and it still does not work

Did you upgrade from Vista to Windows 7? Have you tried running the HP Scan Diagnostic Utility? Has anything changed recently?
