Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I print OK, but when I want to scan a document into my computer, it shows Original Loaded, but when I press the green button it says No Scan Options.  What else am I supposed to do? Thankls

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that you are unable to scan from your MAC computer. 

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

May I know the operating system on your computer? Click here for assistance. 

May I know the exact procedure you are following to scan from your printer?

Are you able to make a copy on the printer?

 

Once you have loaded the documents to scan on the printer. 

Request you to open HP Scan on your computer and scan using it. 

For assistance in scanning from your MAC computer. Please refer to this HP Article
