I need to scan multiple documents to myself and then forward to another party.    However, when I do it, each document comes to me in a separate e-mail, therefore, I need to forward each one separately which is very time-consuming.   What are the Google settings that will enable all of my scanned attachments come to me in one e-mail?  I know this is possible because my co-worker (same scanner, same type pc) receives all hers in one e-mail unless she waits several minutes between scans.

Hello, @pcoyle29 – Hope you are well 🙂

Welcome to the HP Forum! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips!

I see that you are trying to send multiple page scan to email. To assist you with this issue, I need to know the following details:

  1. What is the product number or model number of your HP product? If unsure, please check: http://hp.care/2oPCMBG
  2. How are you trying use the scan to email feature? From the printer control panel or from the printer software on your PC?

Thanks, I will watch for your reply!

Cheers 🙂
