Screen on Printer 8600 is bright white can not see any thing

Screen on the 8600 printer is bright white @nothing can be read.

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

I understand that you are not getting any display on your printer to select any options. All you get is a blank white screen. 

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Request you perform a hard reset on the printer as suggested in Step 4 of this HP Article. 

If you are using any surge protector, please disconnect it and connect the printer directly to a wall outlet and check.
