Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
I'm trying to scan to my Google Docs file, and before I can login the scanner is telling me "The service is busy, try back later. If problem continues check for firmware updates."
Well, I've checked for firmware updates, reset my computer, scanner and modem several times on each.
I'm out of ideas on how to resolve this. Can you please help?
