My printer is skipping the printing like half of the letters in the sentence. Also I want to get hp instaink but I can't print off the info page as I ran out of ink and typing it in won't let me as it said invalid what should I do?

Your low ink status is likely what's causing the print quality issue. I can definitely advise you on how to obtain the claim code you need to enroll in Instant Ink. 

 

Here's what to do first: 

 

1. Make sure your printer is connected to a wireless network. It's as simple as pressing the wireless button and running the 'Wireless Setup Wizard'. 

2. Next, press the webservices (ePrint) button on the printer's front panel and enable that feature. On the display, it will show @hpeprint.com address. The portion of the address that falls before the @ symbol is the claim code you see.
