Hi Roberto,

You probably need to make sure you have the full driver installed for your product.  Can you double-check the product model on your printer?  Or if it is really a Officejet Pro L7680- tell me where you are located so I can help direct you to the right location?  I'm located in the US and our products differ by country/region.

Hi Roberto,

Try uninstalling the Officejet Pro L7680  by following these instructions.  Once that is complete, reboot and then try reinstalling the latest driver again.  Please make sure you are installing from the HP web site and not from any CDs that may have come with the printer.
