Something is wrong with my print heads, and I don't know what to do to fix it

HI Folks,

My Printer just got the black ink cartridge refilled, and a day after, the print head is complaining, and won't print. It's locked up.  Does my machine require a brand new HP ink cartridge, or is there somethign else I need to do to help it? It won't print an alignment page.  Kindly advise.
