Laserjet M1217 nfw MFP

I have recently replaced my Toner cartridge with a new HP 85A purchased at Staples.  Although I had no toner light lit prior to replacing, I now have a steady toner light.  I have checked for "paper jams", shut down and restarted the Printer (hp laserjet M1217 nfw MFP), and preformed a "Cleaning Mode".  All to no avail.  As stated, this is a new Toner Cartridge.  Why do I have this light lit now?  What other trouble shooting can I do?  How do I fix this situation?  Thank you!

Thank you for your response but this does not solve my problem.  As I believe I stated, I have just changed the Toner Cartridge.  Brand new 85A from Staples.  The printer is printing normally However I still have a Toner indicator lit.  I suppose I can ignor it as the printer IS printing.  But it just bothers the hell out of me as the NEW cartridge is only about two weeks old.  Hardly used with in Home personal use.
