First off, to assist you better, I would require more information regarding this.
- Did you bypass power strips and connect the printer directly to the wall outlet?
- Did you perform a hard reset on the printer?
For a start please perform these steps:
- Solution one: Reset the printer
- Solution two: Clear any jammed paper from the rear of the printer
- Solution three: Clear any jammed paper from the paper trays
- Solution four: Check the carriage path with a flashlight
- Solution five: Clean the rollers
- Solution six: Reset the printer
- Solution seven: Service the printer
Please use this article for paper jam issues by clicking here This should do the trick for you if there is no hardware issue with the printer. Please perform all the prescribed steps diligently and patiently to correct the issue.
