The problem when you connect two cameras DAVID 5

[ Edited ]
Product Name: HP 3D scanning software Pro 5.
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When you connect two cameras Basler aca1920-25um, there is a problem, the software HP 3D Scan pro 5.1.0, sees only one of the two connected cameras. The cameras connected via USB 3.0. Change the connection port does not work, work is only one of the chambers.
When connecting two Chinese cameras via USB 2.0. problems have arisen.

Drivers cameras have been installed to the manufacturer's website
Camera Model Basler aca1920-25um
The software manufacturer stated that the camera is connected correctly, the image checker gives a picture with two cameras simultaneously.
Operating system Vindous 10, 1607 firmware
It should be the latest driver updates, roll back to earlier versions of the drivers did not help.
