Windows 11 Upgrade Guide
I set up the scanner to send a PDF to the computer and the message I get is"
1. Connection to the computer is lost.
2. The scan application on the computer is currently in use.
3. OCR application is not installed on the computer.
We've done everything we're supposed to do - and nothing works. Can someone offer a suggestion?

Thanks for your help, but this didn't work. The printer doesn't want to work with the MAC.
